Turkey: A great source of lean protein, turkey helps build muscle and maintain a healthy weight. It’s also rich in essential nutrients like B vitamins, selenium, and zinc, which are important for energy metabolism and immune function.

Brown Rice: A whole grain, brown rice provides dogs with essential carbohydrates for energy. It's also a good source of fiber, which can aid in digestion, and is packed with B vitamins and minerals such as magnesium.

Sweet Potatoes: High in dietary fiber, sweet potatoes are excellent for digestive health. They are also rich in beta-carotene, which converts to vitamin A and is crucial for healthy skin, coat, and eyesight. Additionally, they provide antioxidants and vital minerals like potassium.

Blueberries: Known for their antioxidant properties, blueberries can help combat free radicals in dogs. They are also a good source of vitamins C and K, which support the immune system and contribute to overall cellular health.

Carrots: Carrots are beneficial for a dog’s dental health as their crunchy texture helps clean teeth. They're also a rich source of beta-carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants.

Green Beans: Low in calories and packed with iron, calcium, and vitamins B6, A, C, and K, green beans are a healthy addition that can aid in weight management and provide essential nutrients.

Peas: Peas are a good source of vitamins B1, C, and K, manganese, fiber, and phosphorus. They contribute to energy production, immune function, and overall cellular health.

Spinach: Spinach is rich in antioxidants known to combat inflammation and reduce the risk of disease. It's also a good source of vitamins A, B, C, and K, as well as magnesium, folate, and iron, which support multiple bodily functions from vision to muscle and nerve function.

Poppers thoughts on Pup Kitchen......

First, I am a very picky eater and I am a small dog, so I tend to be a grazer. I developed health issues that require me to have a certain diet. Pups kitchen is wonderful. It meets my dietary needs and I eat all my food at breakfast, no grazing, just blissful munching away till my plate is clean. I have told all my friends and relatives how great your food is. Thank you Pup Kitchen.

Thumbs up for turkey

My dogs like the turkey. The 11year old eats it fast, the 1 year old starts eating leaves a little and will finish about 1 to two hours later. Both dogs are more partial to the breakfast they love eggs.
