At Pup Kitchen, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our customers. Here's how you can cancel your order or subscription:
Order Cancellation
- Single Orders: You may cancel your single purchase order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
- Subscription Orders: You can cancel your ongoing subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at orders@pupkitchen.com. There are no cancellation fees, and you can cancel anytime before your next scheduled delivery to stop future charges.
Process To cancel an order or subscription:
- Log into your account on our website.
- Navigate to the 'My Subscriptions' section.
- Click on 'Cancel Subscription' or contact customer support directly if you need assistance.
Refunds Upon cancellation, any charges made for an order that has not yet been processed will be refunded to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 5-10 business days.
We appreciate your understanding that once an order is in the process of being prepared (beyond 24 hours after ordering), it cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of our products.
