If you or your pup are unsatisfied with your pup's food from Pup Kitchen, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges as our food is made to order to ensure freshness.

Conditions for a Refund

To initiate a refund, please get in touch with us within 14 days and provide a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction. This helps us understand how we might improve our products and services.

We encourage you to donate any unused food to a local animal shelter, though this is not a requirement for a refund.

Trying Our Food

If you are unsure whether our food will be the right fit for your pup, we recommend starting with a small order. Alternatively, you can contact us to inquire about receiving a free one-day sample, allowing your pet to try our food before committing to a larger purchase.

Subscription Cancellations

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to pause your subscription, for instance, while on vacation, please inform us, and we will accommodate your request.
